4.2. Delivery: The TAT for delivery is 3 to 4 business days. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

4.3. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from BE DEIVA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
