Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At BE DEIVA, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds.


          Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.


          Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Sale items and custom-made products are non-returnable.


           Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@bedeiva.in or from the "Contact Us" section with your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. We usually respond between 24 to 48 hours.
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


          Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed.


Refunds

          Refund Process:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • For Refunds on orders placed via Cash On Delivery, the customer will need to provide us with either the UPI ID, QR CODE or BANK DETAILS via email to info@bedeiva.in 


          Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then, contact your bank or credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the billing cycle
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please "Contact Us"
