BE DEIVA is a fashion footwear brand founded in 2024. We are dedicated to providing stylish and high-quality footwear that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern designs. 

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the desired product, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon, review your items, and proceed to checkout. 

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and digital payment options like UPI, PayPal, and Google Pay. We have recently added Cash on Delivery too as a Payment Method. Please refer to Return and Refunds section for more details on orders placed with Cash On Delivery.

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days after it has been shipped.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on our website or the courier’s website.

Yes, we offer refunds on eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. 

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be able to cancel it for you. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
